Pathway Counseling and Consulting, LLC is committed to the mental health and well-being of people in southern Indianapolis. While the organization works in partnership with community elementary and middle schools, a need for office-based clinical care has arisen for adults in the area. Pathway has recently opened an office located at 5645 E. Raymond St., Indianapolis to fill this need on this growing side of the city.
Pathway is unique in its ability to provide high-quality supervision and collegial staffing as its current staff is effectively trained in trauma-informed care and trust-based relationships. Additionally, an on-staff doctor who conducts psychological and neuropsychological evaluations provides top-notch clinical insight.
We are looking for licensed or license-eligible therapists to provide professional and engaging therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Therapists are hired on a contractual basis which allows therapists to set their own pace and schedule. Pathway prides itself in its therapeutic standards which are set by the practice to ensure ethical treatment of clients through quality and evidence-based care. For these reasons, persons hired will be considered full-time contract therapists and will be asked to manage a full caseload. Supervision and collegial staffings are available with licensed staff and doctors trained in neurological evaluations. A supportive culture of trauma-informed care, trust-based relationships, and strengths-perspective is promoted in the office space. Pathway currently needs individuals that will work with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
